Shipping conditions
We deliver exclusively within Spain.
Shipping to Spanish islands is unfortunately not possible.
Delivery is free of charge to the curbside of the specified delivery address.
Discharge:
– We handle the unloading of the containers at the delivery address.
– Suitable equipment such as a forklift, a truck with a loading crane or similar equipment will be provided for this purpose.
Order processing
Order deadline:
– Orders received on weekdays (Monday–Friday) by 12:00 CET will be processed the same day.
– Orders received after 12:00 , as well as on weekends or public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
Processing time:
The processing time is usually 3–5 working days .
This includes inspection, cleaning, administrative processing and transport organization.
Delivery time
Delivery time within Spain is usually 3-7 working days after shipment , depending on the delivery location and container size.
Total delivery time:
Processing time + Delivery time
The period begins:
after conclusion of the contract or
in case of prepayment after receipt of payment.
No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
When ordering multiple items, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time, unless otherwise agreed.

The following payment methods are available:
Prepayment via bank transfer.
If full payment is received before shipment, we grant a 2.5% discount .
